Reiki
Reiki helps you align your energy with your positive intention. It balances all of your chakras, the aura, and energy centres in the body, as well as the emotional and spiritual energy bodies. Each session includes intention setting and discussion time, Reiki, and time to share at the end.

Energetic Eight Coaching
Activate your LIGHT in the world and make a nice living doing it! Get one-on-one support and coaching to achieve success in your holistic or heart-based business in this session. Learn how to embrace an abundance mindset and start your business of the soul. We share our vast wealth of experience as heart-based entrepreneurs, having worked in this field for many years. Get past the nerves and start shining!
Sound Healing
Bask in the healing vibrations of sound. In this immersive session, you access deep healing reserves within you. As you rest in meditation, your intention is carried by the sound waves right to your energetic centre. Singing bowls have been used for centuries to expand awareness and bring forward your natural gifts. We use sound from singing bowls and tuning forks to help you align with the unlimited energy of your spirit. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed on every level.
Special Sessions
Connect deeply with your spiritual team, guides, and angels to receive answers and clarity on your soul's path in these profound sessions. You'll embark on a personalized meditation journey to connect with your Divine Team, ask them questions, and receive direct answers from them. We'll have time at the end for a debriefing chat and integration with Reiki. You'll leave feeling inspired and clear on your path ahead.
Trilotherapy
Trilotherapy is a method designed by Zen Master Nissim Amon to help create inner balance between the desires of the heart and the guidance of the rational mind.
Through a series of workshops that incorporate ideas and techniques from both Eastern philosophies and Western medicine, you will gain insight into your two inner children: the Heart and the Mind. You will discover how to help these two get along in order to bring your true self, the Center, into complete balance and harmony and to achieve happiness on a new level.
Workshops involve meditation, exploration of your inner child, written exercises, elements of movement, and mindful breathing exercises. The full program involves completing 10 workshops; alternatively, you may select one or two workshops, as advised by your practitioner.
Reiki Courses
Learning Reiki helps others as you help yourself.
As a spiritual discipline, it can lift you through emotional and energetic blockages, helping to pave the way for truly deep healing to occur.
Reiki training helps you become a conduit for helping others, or you can learn it for your own spiritual development.
